Audio-Visual (AV) Engineer

Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Audio-Visual Engineer to design, configure, and support integrated AV systems that enhance collaboration and communication. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients to deliver seamless meeting experiences, digital displays, and unified communication solutions that align with modern workplace standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, and configure professional AV systems for corporate and enterprise environments.
• Integrate and support platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Cisco Webex.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for audio and video devices.
• Collaborate with network and IT teams to ensure AV and infrastructure integration.
• Create and maintain AV system documentation, schematics, and equipment inventory.
• Provide technical support during installations, live events, and maintenance.
• Keep up with evolving AV and collaboration technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or IT Engineering.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in corporate or commercial AV integration.
• Strong understanding of audio signal flow, video routing, and control systems.
• Experience with Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, or AMX systems.
• Familiarity with network-based AV (AV over IP) and structured cabling.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and client-handling abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CTS / CTS-I / CTS-D or Crestron DM-NVX.
• Experience integrating digital signage, conference room automation, or broadcast systems.
• Exposure to networking and IT infrastructure projects.
