Network Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise network environments. You will ensure seamless connectivity, network security, and high availability for internal and client systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity or performance issues.
• Implement and enforce network security policies and access controls.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and asset inventory.
• Collaborate with IT and systems teams for infrastructure integration.
• Assist in network upgrades, migrations, and project deployments.
• Stay updated on networking technologies, best practices, and security trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in network administration or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Aruba network equipment.
• Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or Aruba ACMA.
• Experience with network automation or cloud networking.
• Knowledge of unified communications or AV network integration is a plus.
