Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AV Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise AV and collaboration projects. You will coordinate with clients, technical teams, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage AV projects from concept to completion.
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with AV engineers, network teams, and IT staff for seamless integration.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status and milestones.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting.
- Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing AV or technical infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of AV systems, collaboration tools, and network integration.
- Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Excellent communication, client management, and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Jira.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in PMP, Prince2, CTS, or AVIXA.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or Cisco Webex integration.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT networks and structured cabling.
