Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support for enterprise IT, networking, and AV systems. You will troubleshoot, install, and maintain equipment, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support for IT, networking, and AV systems at client locations.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement timely solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and system integration.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for client sites.
- Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Support multiple client sites as per schedules and SLA requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in technical field support or IT service roles.
- Knowledge of networking, server systems, and AV equipment.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-interaction skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant AV/IT certifications.
- Experience supporting enterprise networks or AV collaboration systems.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
