Systems Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our enterprise IT systems. You will ensure high availability, security, and performance of servers, applications, and network infrastructure for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
• Administer Active Directory, email systems, and virtualization platforms.
• Troubleshoot server, storage, and network-related issues.
• Apply security patches and updates to systems and software.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and network diagrams.
• Support IT projects, migrations, and upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS), and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and backup systems.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing).
• Problem-solving, documentation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, RHCE, or VMware VCP.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise ticketing systems.
